The Association of Inspectors General is pleased to open its CALL FOR SPEAKERS for the 2023 Annual Training Conference being held live and in-person at John Jay College in NEW YORK CITY from October 4th to 6th, 2023.
 
As the inspector general community emerges along with the rest of the world from the Covid-19 pandemic, innovation will shape the future of government oversight, transparency, and accountability. Our annual conference continues to grow, and we seek to offer innovative training opportunities to investigators, auditors, lawyers, inspectors and evaluators, and leadership. We invite you to share your expertise, best practices, and innovative solutions for consideration to our plenary or breakout sessions. Note that all proposals must meet standards for NASBA continuing professional education (CPE) credits and/or New York State Bar Association continuing legal education (CLE) credits. We are seeking your innovative presentations on topics such as:

  • The Double-side of Transparency
  • Data Analytic Success Stories
  • Management Lessons Learned
  • Running an Office Post Pandemic
  • IG Responsibility in the Era of Hostility to Government
  • Handling Online Media and Oversight
