Working Together in a Hybrid Work Model
The uncertainties and challenges of the last two years have changed our future of work, company culture, and communication. We are in a hybrid working world. Executives, managers and leaders must unlearn the idea that: "One-size fits all," and discard the obsolete models that no longer work. Everyone in the organization must learn to be more deliberate in communication and learn how to work effectively together in a hybrid work model.
In this workshop, participants will discover some of the barriers in working effectively with others in a hybrid work environment and how to overcome those barriers.
