This course will provide the student with nine skills necessary to become a "person of influence" in the workplace. These nine skills include: demonstrating integrity with people, nurturing people, having faith in people, listening to people, understanding people, mentoring people, navigating for people, connecting with people, and empowering people. The instructor will close by discussing not only how to demonstrate these skills themselves, but how to develop others to also be a "person of influence" in the workplace.
