Event Details

The Association of Inspectors General presents its Inspector General Institute® Certified Inspector General Inspector/Evaluator® certification program. Participants receive instruction from highly qualified instructors in core competency areas identified by the Association's Board of Directors and Professional Certification Board. The Association awards the designation of Certified Inspector General Inspector/Evaluator®to individuals who are selected to attend and successfully complete the certification program.


CERTIFIED INSPECTOR GENERAL INSPECTOR/EVALUATOR®


The Association has identified seven broad areas of core competency for inspectors general inspectors/evaluators. The Institute program's five-day curriculum covers the following seven core competency areas:

  • Professional standards for conducting inspections/evaluations
  • Inspection/evaluation process
  • Types of inspections/evaluations
  • Evidence collections, analysis, and documentation
  • Ethics and IG inspections/evaluations
  • Working with investigators and auditors
  • Peer review process

Tuition - AIG National or National + Chapter Member

This ticket/rate is available to applicants who possess an AIG National or AIG National + Chapter Membership and who are approved for admission into the Institute program.

Tuition Payment - Upon acceptance an invoice will be generated and sent to the admitted student for remittance. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the course.

This ticket/rate is available to non-members or those holding "chapter-only" memberships who are approved for admission into the Institute program.
