The AIG Florida Chapter presents the webinar: "Skills for Leading and Managing in Today's Hybrid Workplace."
Larry Ferguson, Senior Partner at Ferguson Consulting & Training, LLC, will present eight (8) hours of training on "Virtual Leadership Best Practices", "Virtual Meetings Best Practices", "Building Trust" and "Changing Organizational and Personal Habits". The training will be conducted virtually over two four-hour sessions (Content in Session II will build upon instruction from prior session. Students aren't required to attend both sessions; however, must attend both sessions to earn FULL CPE credit.)
This training is FREE for AIG Florida Chapter Members. Registration is $35.00 for all other AIG members and a registration option that includes a complimentary 2021-2022 AIG Florida Chapter Membership is available for $35.00.
Prior to the event sessions registrants will receive two separate e-mails from WebEx which will contain the link and password to access the webinar and calendar invite.

Course Objectives:
At the conclusion of the course, participants will:
• Apply the "RAMP Model" that considers best practices focused on building Relationships, Accountability, Motivation and Process
• Identify current best practices for leadership and meetings as related to pre and post-pandemic dynamics
• Identify their own personal definition of trust and apply concepts, employ strategies, and modify personal habits to build trust within an organization and within their daily lives.
Students will have an opportunity to earn up to 8 CPE credits in the following fields of study:
